  1. Bathing for a limited time neither for too long nor for too short, long time bath removes oil from skin.
  2. Don’t be harsh to your skin always pat dry.
  3. Don’t use hard soap, detergents prefer mild cleansers.
  4. Keep your skin moisturized better to use moisturizer containing SPF.
  5. While shaving use lubricant or shaving cream and always shave in the direction of hairs not opposite to it.
  6. Protect your skin from direct sun exposure use sun screens, protective gears and clothing.
  7. Use of natural extracts such as aloe vera provides moisture, turmeric heals skin and lightens the scar and reduces acne, potato peel helps for tanning removal
  8. Don’t smoke as smoking contributes to wrinkles and makes you look older.
  9. Exercising is good for healthy skin as it regulates blood circulation and is the best way to sweat out impurities and toxins from body.
