Terms and Conditions for Authors, Members, Users and Viewers

Welcome to Read Rife. By accessing or using any part of our platform, including our website and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Modification of Terms: The Super Admin, Owner, or Company (Blocks Infotech) reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.
2. Changes to Usage Policy: We may update or revise our usage policies at our sole discretion. Continued access or use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

This includes the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove users (students, members, authors, admins, or others) at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of terms, inactivity, or legal violations.
5. User Rights: Users, including authors and contributors, do not possess ownership rights or revenue-sharing claims over any content or services provided on Read Rife unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
6. Super Admin Rights: In any situation not specifically covered in these terms, the Super Admin or Company retains full decision-making authority. This includes final interpretation of these terms, enforcement decisions, and platform control.
7. Earnings and Payouts: Users may earn revenue through platform activities as per predefined models. However, the eligibility, timing, and method of payout are solely determined by the Super Admin after due verification. No income is guaranteed unless expressly confirmed and processed.
8. Legal Compliance: All users must comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and relevant cyber laws. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
9. Intellectual Property: All content, branding elements, source code, graphics, and trademarks on Read Rife are the exclusive property of the Super Admin, Owner, or Company. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability: Read Rife and its administrators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from access to or use of the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
11. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Super Admin, Owner, and Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
